Another early start to the day (I call 4:00am early!) to catch a plane to Melbourne to chair our quarterly Information Technology & Management Centre of Excellence face-to-face meeting. We have three face to face meetings a year, and the only way we can keep our agenda on track is by having regular strategic discussions and working on our agenda.Â
We have delivered, as I understand it, most of our goals from the last meeting, so today should be good.
However, I have it on good authority that Melbourne today is cold and wet so I don’t believe I’ll be spending a lot of time outside of the meeting room. Apparently it is 4 degrees, which is cold in my language at any rate.
